House 7 km from the centre of Ciutadella, in a sunny position, directly by the woods edge. Private: grounds 1350 m2, patio, pergola, garden furniture. Public parking on the road. Grocers, restaurant 200 m. Sandy beach 400 m, shingle beach 450 m, tennis 400 m.

4-room house 65 m2: living/dining room 24 m2, with open fireplace and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, micro wave). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace 24 m2. Porch 40 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Reserved parking, fenced. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Separate annex with 1 twin bedroom. Shower/WC.

Cala Morell:
Cala Morel is situated on the north-east of the island, not far from Ciutadella. Lovely landscape, small beach and small harbour for small boats. Few services and only in Summer. Complex, in the north-western part of the island, 50 km west from Mahón. Access: access via a good road. Ciutadella 8 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 50 km.
