New one-level bungalow (60m2) on the Mazarrón Country Club, a unique resort on the Costa Cßlida at 3km. of Mazarrón. The house was finished in 2004 and newly decorated. The resort is very well situated in a stretched valley, surrounded by green mountains. With about 320 days of sun a year the climate is very pleasant.! In and around the club you will encounter a complete infrastructure of facilities, sports, relaxation, nature and culture. This means naturally golf courses, beaches, sea-ports and nature parks, such as the Sierra Espuña (25km.; hiking, horseback riding, biking), where you will even encounter wild boars! Also the nature park Sierra de las Morerras is close by. On the resort itself you will find a restaurant and several swimming-pools and tennis-courts (for a small fee). There is also a ferry shuttle service to Mazarrón so that you can easily reach your own beachclub in Bol Nuevo close to Puerto de Mazarrón that will be opened in the course of 2005.
The city of Granada is two hours driving away, a beautiful drive rewarded by the splendid cathedral and the famous Alhambra . Cartagena (20km.), the oldest harbourtown in Europe, and the provincial capital Murcia (20km.) are closer and more than worth the visit.
