Rosa is a detached bungalow (70m2) with a private swimming pool, situated on approx. 400m2 own ground on the urbanization Camposol along Costa Cßlida. The beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón are within 15km. and often situated along small, intimate bays, which have not yet been discovered by the masses of tourists. Cities like Cartagena (34km.), Murcia (56km.), Lorca (48km.), Totaña (30km.) and Alicante (130km.) have much to offer in culture. From the roof (40m2) you have a beautiful view over the hilly surrounding, where you can make lovely hiking and cycling trips. The golf course of Camposol is within 1500m. where you can find restaurants and shops. The nature area Sierra Espuña (30km.) is ideal to take walks and picnic.

PLEASE NOTE: there are some building contructions on the opposite of the street, which might cause some nuisance.
