Newly built group house (515m2) with a private swimming pool situated in Riogordo in the Axarquiß area along the eastern Costa del Sol. The house has 7 bedrooms, of which 6 with their own bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. In the decoration, you will find typical elements back from the area. The house is peaceful situated on a hill, next to the river in a beautiful landscape.
The house has 3 floors and 2 entrances. The main entrance to the bedrooms is on the top floor and is connected via an internal stairway with the spacious living room (74m2). Outside is a slope and stairway, which leads to the 2nd floor and ground floor. Here you will find the swimming pool and the BBQ section. Via the outside stairs, you will come to the balcony of the living room.
Characteristic in the town Riogordo is the famous castle Aute. Riogordo is one of the towns, which was predominantly the longest through the Moren. Characteristic details are the arched niches, which can be seen high in the facades of some of the houses.
This is an ideal and good group house for more families or groups of friends!
