Authentic semi-detached town house, situated in the centre of the town Belianes in the province Lleida. The house dates from the XIXth centry and is restored with an eye for detail, whereby it offers modern comfort. The furniture was restored recently. The house is divided into 2 apartments, each for 7 persons. Both apartments can be rented together with(house code LERI-25260-01A) for 14 to 19 pers. The house is divided into 3 floors. Your apartment can be situated on the 1st or 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor is a fitness area, recreation hall, swimming pool and (sun)terrace. On the middle floor between the 1st and 2nd floor is a meeting room/area for groups with a fireplace where you can grill meat.
Both apartments make common use of the fitness area, recreation hall, attic with reading area, courtyard (patio), terrace with BBQ and swimming pool. There us even physiotheraphy and acupunture, which is offered. On the ground fllor you will find a restaurant.
The town Belianes is the last town of the Valley of Riu Corb, which borders along the low plains of Lleida and the chain of mountains of the valley. It is a modest, but pleasant and peaceful town. It has a sports complex (with communal swimming pool and playground for children) where no cars are allowed.
