Description
Traditional, yellow, previous farm in rural surroundings. The holiday home is modernly furnished. It was renovated in 1995 and subsequent but has kept its original style. The kitchen is 35 m2, and there are two cosy living rooms with a fireplace and a woodburning stove. The house also has an extra toilet. A separate building has a 24m2 large indoor swimming pool, a sauna, solarium, floor heating, shower, toilet and a large terrace. There is a stable with room for 4 horses (SEK 100,-/horse/24 hours). The house is situated near Lagan and approx. a 40 minutes' drive from the Kattegat. Canoe rental approx. 6 km. Compulsory final cleaning SEK 1150,- you have to pay on site.
