This exclusive and spacious holiday home is situated by the Skäldervikens sandy beach in the northern part of Skåne. The house is situated in a peaceful area on an undisturbed plot. Very suitable for families who want a comfortable house. All the bed rooms are with good spring mattress. In the two large livings rooms you can enjoy some time with the fireplace and woodburning stove. There are three luxuriously bath rooms, the one bath room with jacuzzi. On the south side og the house there is a large wood terrace with sunblind. The short distance to the interesting Kullahalvø and Bjärehalvøen which is known for the tennis in Båstad. Skälderviken is known for the sun, bathing, golf, tennis, hikings, fishing, diving, bicycles and other relaxing activities. Youth groups not allowed. Non-smoking house.
