Description

Bluche 4 km from Montana: Semi-detached house Chalet des Alpes, 4 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: lawn sunning area, patio, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house, except in winter 20 m (in winter snow chains necessary). Steep footpath to the house. Communal covered parking at 20 m. Restaurant 500 m. Mountain lift 800 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km.

Housing:
5-room chalet on 3 levels, comfortable furnishings: large living room 70 m2, with sloping ceilings, with open fireplace, cable-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Open dining room, exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). On the lower ground floor (spiral staircase): 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Crans Montana:
1500 - 3000 m. Large, well-known holiday resort with 7000 inhabitants, on a south facing position plateau with beautiful view, 13 km north-west from Sierre. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, cinema. Indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage. Access: motorway A9 Lausanne - Sierre, exit number Sierre. Access via a winding mountain road. Access by train Lausanne - Brig. Railway station Sierre. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Genève-Cointrin (GVA), Zürich (ZRH), Basel (BSL).
