New residence Mont-Fort, in a quiet position, directly by the ski-run, in the green. For shared use: natural garden, tennis, 15.06.-01.09. childrens playground (slide, swing). In the house: lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 100 m. Parking at 200 m. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m. Chair lift, ski school 100 m.

Housing:
2-room terraced house 65 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), cable-TV and wood burning oven. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with 3 beds. Balcony, east facing position.

Siviez:
1700 - 3300 m. Small, quiet winter sports resort, in a secluded position, 8 km from Nendaz-Station. Supermarket, restaurant. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 8 km. Access: motorway A9 Lausanne - Sierre, exit number Sion Ouest. Access via a good road. Access by train Lausanne - Brig. Railway station Sion. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Genève (GVA) 160 km.

Activities:
During summer time:
Tennis (2 outdoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole in Sion 15 km. Fishing. Paragliding. 2 cable cars, 2 chair lifts, mountain walks, climbing. Mountain bike tracks. Childrens playground. Swimming pool in Nendaz and tennis included.
During winter time:
Ski region Les 4 Vallées, total of 83 lifts. 90 ski runs, total length 386 km. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, childrens ski school. Toboggan-runs. Squash. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski pass special offer: 9% discount on individual 6-day ski passes "Les 4 Vallees" - only by pre-booking.
