Description
Chalet Blaser, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: garden, lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 2 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km.

Housing:
3-room chalet on 3 levels, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio. Kitchen (oven). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 small room with sloping ceilings with sliding door, with 2 beds. 1 open large double bedroom with 1 wall-trunk bed. 2nd upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm). View of the mountains and the valley. Steep and narrow wooden stairs lead from the ground floor to the 1st and 2nd floor. Water boiler with a 120 l capacity.

Oberwil:
850 - 1200 m. Small, cosy village, at the end of a valley, 10 km east from Erlenbach, 22 km east from Spiez. All shops, restaurants etc. in Erlenbach 10 km. Bakers, post office, bank, restaurant. Access: motorway Bern - Interlaken, exit number Wimmis. Access via a good road. Access by train Bern - Spiez - Zweisimmen. Railway station in the resort. Zweisimmen 15 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH), Basel (BSL), Genève-Cointrin (GVA).

Activities:
During summer time:
Walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks. Swimming pool and further summer sport possibilities in Zweisimmen (15 km).
During winter time:
Ski region Rossberg. 1 drag lift, 1 childrens ski lift. 4 km cross country ski tracks in the resort. Further skiing: Stockhorn at 11 km, Zweisimmen - Saanenmöser at 15 km.
