Description
Lottigna: House Brigitta, on the outskirts, in a sunny position, directly by the woods edge. Private: grounds 1400 m2. 800 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Grocers, restaurant 3.6 km, bus stop 700 m. Rocky beach 1.8 km. Access to the rocky beach via a walk through the fields and forest, bay for bathing at the river Brenno.
Housing: 4-room house on 3 levels, fully renovated, comfortable and nice furnishings: dining room with radio, exit to the patio. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). Upper floor: living room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom. Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds. Electric heating, wood heating. Barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, modem connection. Reserved parking. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
Valle Blenio: 300 - 1100 m. The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note only with winter equipment. Infos on the phone 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, variaty of flora, romantic chapels, aristocratics houses, 3 museum are to be found in the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there are sunny terraces with wonderful views. In winter also ski area. Lottigna, main town of the valley, is situated at the foot of the mytical mountain Cima del Simano, where, since the Roman times, one can enjoy the benefit of the mineral water springs. In Leontica a chair lift takes to the 2123 m of the Nara heights - also ski area in winter. Restaurants and grocery shops in Dangio-Torre, Acquarossa, Olivone and Ponte Valentino. Cinema in Acquarossa. Winter and summer holiday resort. Access: motorway Zürich - Lugano, exit number Biasca. Access via a good road. Railway station Biasca. Bus service.
