Motor access to the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Grocers 400 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m. Thermal baths 1 km, golf course 1 km, mountain lift 14 km, cross-country ski trail 300 m.

4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room 32 m2, with cable-TV and radio. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and separate WC. Patio. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: apartment for non-smokers.

Alvaneu:
1200 m. Romantic village divided into Alvaneu Dorf and Bad. Alvaneu is situated in the middle of greenery on the sunny terrace of the Albula valley with a superb climate. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and skiing with the well-known health resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide, Savognin and Bergün. Holiday resort, 27 km from Davos, 13 km from Lenzerheide, 17 km from Savognin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal pool, wellness centre. Access: railway station Davos / Lenzerheide. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH).

Swimming pool 7 km. Golf course 18 hole. Walking path, mountain tours. Mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
1 drag lift. 2 ski runs. Cross country ski tracks. 1 toboggan-run. Lenzerheide at 13 km, Savognin at 17 km, Davos at 23 km. 3 km long ice rink "Skateline" in Surava (5 km).
