For shared use: natural garden, meadow, tennis (1 x clay court), table tennis. Private: lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture. 400 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Bathing bay 200 m. Lake Canova, of 2 hectares, also belongs to the grounds.
Housing: 3-room house 40 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room, exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Domleschg Paspels: 680 - 790 m. The Domleschg is another valley between Reichnau and Thusis on the San Bernardino tract, easy to reach via a good road from Chur. On the side of the main road, in sunny position you find this rural village with beautiful view, 7 km from Thusis, 20 km from Chur. All shops, restaurants etc. in Thusis 7 - 8 km. In the resort: restaurant. Access: railway station Thusis. Bus service. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH).
Activities: During summer time: Bathing lake. Walking path. During winter time: Ski region Thusis Tschappina Urmein 18 km. 3 drag lifts. 3 ski runs, total length 15 km. Ski school. Toboggan-runs (long 3.6 km).
