Description
Oberterzen: Directly next to the black piste Terza the Flumserberg - Oberterzen, for good skiers, there is the chalet Im Gus, on the outskirts Oberterzen, in a quiet position on a slope, in the green. Private: garden. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house at 55 m. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 1 km, railway station Unterterzen 5 km. Cable cabin 1 km. Free access to the indoor swimming pool at Flumserberg.NOTE: No groups, only families.

Housing:
4-room chalet 65 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 small room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (oven). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 small double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. Oil heating. Balcony. Terrace. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very nice view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Access to the upper floor via a steep staircase, or via the outdoor staircase.

Flumserberg Oberterzen:
671 - 2222 m. Small idyllic mountain village with beautiful view. In the resort: grocers, restaurant. Access: motorway A3 Zürich - Chur, exit number Unterterzen 3 km from Flumserberg Oberterzen. Incredible view over Churfirsten and the lake Walen. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH).

Activities:
During summer time:
All watersports available in Walenstadt 9 - 10 km. Swimming pool 9 km. 1 cable car, walking path. Bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks. Excursions by boat on the lake Walen and also to Quinten (car free village).
During winter time:
Ski region Flumserberg, total of 17 lifts. 65 ski runs, total length 65 km, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, snowboard school, childrens ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. 19 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths 22 km. Toboggan-runs (long 3 km). Dogs sleighs, snow shoe walks
