Private: garden with lawn. In the house: ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer. Steep, narrow motor access. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, restaurant, ski bus stop 300 m. Swimming pool, tennis 300 m, cable cabin 1 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus.
Housing: La Vie, 7-room chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with swedish stove, cable-TV, CD-player and DVD, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Floor heating. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, cable-TV, CD-player and DVD, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 bed. Balcony, north facing position. 2 terraces, north facing position and west facing position. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley.
Nendaz: 1300 - 3300 m. Cosy summer holiday resort and winter sports resort, on a plateau, in a convenient position with beautiful view, 15 km south-west from Sion. In the resort: supermarket, butchers, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco. Fitness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage. Besides: chemist, doctor. Access: motorway A9 Lausanne - Sierre, exit number Sion Ouest. Access via a good road. Access by train Lausanne - Brig. Railway station Sion. Bus service. Lausanne 100 km. Montreux 80 km. Natural ice rink and squash in Siviez - included in the rental. For arrivals by plane: airport Geneve (GVA) 160 km.
