Nice detached house, 2 storeys, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Unterwasser, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the green, south-east facing position. Private: natural garden, terrace (14 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (limited number of spaces), individual garage at 50 m. Shop, grocers, restaurant 3 km. Mountain lift 3.2 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km.

5-room house on 2 levels, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, library and satellite-TV, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with swedish stove, exit to the terrace. Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Unterwasser:
910 - 2262 m. Unterwasser is in Toggenburg, between Speer and Santis. Well-known, family friendly health resort, 25 km from Wattwil, 27 km from Lichtensteig. In the resort: shopping centre, grocers, restaurant. Access: railway station Nesslau 12 km. Bus service. Interesting sightseeing: waterfall Thur, Sennenei museum, visit to a creamery, gliding. For arrivals by plane: airport Zürich (ZRH).

During summer time:
Heated swimming pool. Total 2 mountain lifts and cable cars. 300 km walking path. 85 km mountain bike tracks.
During winter time:
3 mountain lifts, 4 chair lifts, 12 drag lifts. 23 ski runs, total length 50 km, snow park. Ski school. 44 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths 30 km.
