Valle Blenio: 300 - 1100 m. The Blenio valley runs from Biasca to Lukmanier. Lukmanier pass is sometimes closed in winter. Note only with winter equipment. Infos on the phone 163. Clean water, imposing mountains, variaty of flora, romantic chapels, aristocratics houses, 3 museum are to be found in the valley. From Malvaglia cable car up to Dagro (1413 m), where there are sunny terraces with wonderful views. In winter also ski area. Lottigna, main town of the valley, is situated at the foot of the mytical mountain Cima del Simano, where, since the Roman times, one can enjoy the benefit of the mineral water springs. In Leontica a chair lift takes to the 2123 m of the Nara heights - also ski area in winter. Restaurants and grocery shops in Dangio-Torre, Acquarossa, Olivone and Ponte Valentino.
