Shop, restaurant 1.6 km, railway station Le Bouveret 1.9 km. Pleae note: a small railway line approx 20 m behind the villa (local trains, approx 15 times per day, last one at about 19:00 hours). The road Monthey - St.Gingolf is approx at a distance of 30m.
Housing: 4-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels, north-west facing position, partly renovated in 2004, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window, with open fireplace, TV, video and DVD, exit to the terrace, to the patio south-west facing position and north-east facing position. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). Sep. WC. Floor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (90 cm), bath/bidet/WC, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm), shower/WC, exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (160 cm), TV, exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Barbecue, deck chairs (8). Lovely panoramic view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot for up to 2 year olds. Garden seating area and partly covered terrace with garden furniture and camping grill located directly by Lake Geneva. Private moorings and mooring buoy available in front of the villa. Ladder into the lake for swimming. Surfboard availa ble free of charge. The bunk beds have 2 x 2 mattresses and can therefore sleep 4 people.
St-Gingolph: 375 m. Small resort with 980 inhabitants directly by the lake, 4 km west from Bouveret, 17 km west from Villeneuve, 17 km from Evian les Bains (F). In the resort: post office, bank, restaurant. Besides: doctor. More possibilities for and shopping 4 km. Access: motorway A1/9 Bern - Martigny, exit number Villeneuve. Then road Rennaz - Bouveret - St.Gingolph. Access via a good road. Access by train St Maurice - St Gingolph. Railway station in the resort. Montreux 21 km. Evian les Bains (F) 17 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Geneva (GVA) 110 km.
