Cottage for 4 persons in Basse-Nendaz (Switzerland)

Description
Pracondu: Small chalet Bouton dOr, 2 storeys, in a quiet position, directly by the ski-run. Private: grounds with lawn 100 m2. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (200 m via unmade road, in winter snow chains necessary). Parking, in winter 500 m. Shop 1.3 km, restaurant 300 m. Please note: car essential. IN WINTER : only suitable for sportive people as you have to walk 500 m along the ski slopes to the chalet. Help with luggage can be arrange at extra cost.

Housing:
4-room chalet 60 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with open fireplace, separate WC, cable-TV and DVD. Kitchen (oven, micro wave). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 bed. Bath/WC. Small balcony. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.

Nendaz:
1300 - 3300 m. Cosy summer holiday resort and winter sports resort, on a plateau, in a convenient position with beautiful view, 15 km south-west from Sion. In the resort: supermarket, butchers, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco. Fitness centre, sauna, sun bed, massage. Besides: chemist, doctor. Access: motorway A9 Lausanne - Sierre, exit number Sion Ouest. Access via a good road. Access by train Lausanne - Brig. Railway station Sion. Bus service. Lausanne 100 km. Montreux 80 km. Natural ice rink and squash in Siviez - included in the rental. For arrivals by plane: airport Geneve (GVA) 160 km.

Activities:
During summer time:
Heated swimming pool. Tennis (8 outdoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole in Sion. Fitness course. Fishing. Paragliding. 2 cable cars, 1 cable cabin, 1 chair lift 400 km walking path, mountain walks, mountain tours, climbing. Mountain bike tracks, mountain bikes for hire. Childrens playground. Tracouet cable car (from 26 June to 24 October), the Gentianes-Mont-Fort (3 July to 29 August), Novelly ski lift (from 3 July to 20 September). Swimming pool and tennis (summer) included in the our price.
During winter time:
Ski region Les 4 vallees, total of 83 lifts. 90 ski runs, total length 386 km, snowboard piste. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, childrens ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths. Toboggan-runs. Artificial ice rink, curling. Ski bus (free of charge). SKI PASS SPECIAL OFFER: 9% discount on ski passes from 5 days "Les 4 Vallees" - only by pre-booking.
