La Tena: Large chalet Shangri-La, 2 storeys, built in 2005, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, on a slope. Private: garden with lawn, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Narrow motor access (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, ski bus stop 900 m. Cable cabin 1.8 km.
Housing: 5-room chalet 140 m2 on 2 levels: large living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, exit to the garden. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Top floor: gallery. Balcony, west facing position and north facing position. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, childrens highchair, cot. Reserved parking (2 cars).
